NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY NAVIGATION AND PORT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 312.002 of the Texas Tax Code, the Board of Commissioners of the Orange County Navigation and Port District will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Orange County Navigation and Port District Offices, 1201 Childers Road, Orange, Texas, to receive public comment concerning the adoption, amendment, repeal, or reauthorization of guidelines and criteria governing residential tax abatement agreements by the Orange County Navigation and Port District.
